1. Terms of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A cleared deposit of 25% or £500.00 (whichever is greater) is required to secure the order.
The balance is to be paid on the day of delivery.

2. Delivery of goods
a) We will provide you with an expected delivery day and you should expect delivery within normal office hours. It is not usually possible to provide a specific timed delivery due to the nature of contract haulage.
b) You must inform us if for any reason an articulated lorry will not be able to safely access the delivery site, or if there are any parking/unloading restrictions imposed on the area.
c) Your site must be manned with staff capable of unloading your materials and moving them to the installation area using a forklift
truck. If we are providing an installation service the materials must be placed where the installation is proposed (Ensuring the area is watertight).
d) It is your responsibility to check the goods on arrival and sign the delivery note. If the order is not correct or obviously damaged in
transit please do not accept the order and contact us immediately.

3. Installation
a) If we have provided you with a plan for your installation, we require confirmation from you that the proposed layout and dimensions are correct and suitable for your specific working environment. Please ensure that you consider other activities being carried out in the warehouse, access to fire escapes, doorways and power outlets, sufficient space for the turning circle of your fork or reach truck and the weight and dimensions of your products.
b) If we are installing materials, our engineers must have a clean, clear and level site to allow continuous working, and you must:
– Supply a suitable counterbalance forklift truck and fuel for our use.
– Dispose of any packaging waste.
– Ensure there are adequate light, power and welfare facilities for our team within the installation area.
c) Your floor must be a suitably surfaced concrete floor capable of safely supporting the loaded installation.
Please note that installations can transmit various loads onto the existing structure of the building, it is entirely your responsibility to verify your buildings capability for sustaining given loads.
d) Our quote for installation assumes the following floor level tolerances
That the height difference between any 2 points up to maximum of 3m apart is no greater than 15mm
The greatest difference in levels between the highest and lowest points of the floor is less than 50mm
