Our new longspan racking is one of the most popular products we sell, due to the price, quality and versatility of this hand loaded shelving system. The range of sizes of the upright frames and horizontal beams means that we can find a solution for your heavy duty shelving requirements, whether you need a couple of bays for a small storage area or a full high density picking area for your warehouse.

The dimensions of this shelving system can be tailored to suit the sizes of your stock and to fit in a specific space. The height of each shelving level can be adjusted in 50mm increments, meaning that no space should be wasted. This also gives the flexibility to put the first shelf at a higher level, allowing for pallet storage on the floor underneath.

The longspan shelving that we have in stock is made by AR Systems, but if you need a specific make to match your existing warehouse storage system, please let us know and we can provide you with a quote. Dexion, Link 51, Apex and PSS all have their own hand loaded shelving systems and unfortunately none of them are compatible with each other.

If you order through our website then the transport cost will automatically be added once you let us know the delivery postcode. However, for small orders of industrial racking or longspan shelving, we may be able to arrange a reduced rate for delivery and so it’s always best to get in touch with us if you are looking to get the best possible price. 

Small order deliveries have a fixed cost of £25 and are sent by courier, often in as little as 1-2 working days.

Most of our warehouse racking and heavy duty shelving orders will be delivered on curtain sided articulated lorries and will require the customer to unload with a forklift. Used Dexion pallet racking is probably the thing that we are asked for most often. However, Dexion is just one of many used warehouse racking systems that we have in stock in a wide range of sizes and duties (and even Dexion has 2 different racking systems- Dexion Speedlock and Dexion P90). We also have Apex, Redirack, PSS and Link 51 pallet racking, and often some of the less common warehouse storage systems such as Stow, Mecalux and Esmena.

Used industrial racking is usually supplied for pallet storage, but adding wire mesh or timber decking can easily make it suitable for heavy duty hand loaded shelving. Heavy duty shelving, or longspan as it is often known, is one of our most popular products and we have huge quantities in stock, in a wide range of sizes. This hand loaded shelving system is extremely versatile and as all components are sold new (rather than used like much of our pallet racking) we can dispatch orders in as little as 2-3 working days.

Upright frames are 2000mm to 5000mm high, with depths from 400mm to 1200mm. All frames are supplied assembled, with footplates attached and including shims and fixing bolts. Shelving levels can be 950mm to 2700mm long and all have a load capacity of over 400kg UDL. Shelves include beam locks, chipboard deck and all required support bars.

We can also supply dropover steel shelves and garment hanging rails for this system.
