However we can also supply an extensive range of warehouse racking accessories to complete your installation or to replace damaged industrial racking components.

We have pallet racking protection such as column guards and rack end barriers available for quick dispatch and all are supplied with fixing bolts as standard. Timber decking, wire mesh decking and pallet support bars are also in stock, along with beam locks, levelling plates (shims) and row spacers. Load notices are a requirement for your warehouse storage system, we can have bespoke notices printed and delivered to you in just a couple of days.

Heavy duty industrial shelving is a great way to store boxes or loose items of stock without the need for wide aisles to accommodate forklifts or reach trucks. If you are creating a picking area or you have heavy items that aren’t palletised then we can find a great solution to suit your requirements.

Our longspan shelving is a highly versatile and very strong system that is suitable for almost any storage environment. Longspan is like a scaled down version of pallet racking, with the same upright frames and horizontal beams. However, the beams have a Z profile (unlike the box section of pallet racking beams) so that a chipboard deck sits securely between them, with support bars to add strength and rigidity. If you need a metal shelf, we can supply dropover steel panels, ideal for food storage areas or where regular cleaning is required.

The upright frames are available in depths of 400mm to 1200mm and in heights up to 5 metres. They are always supplied assembled, with footplates attached and including levelling plates and fixing bolts. Beam sizes range from 950mm to 2700mm, with load capacities in excess of 400kg UDL per level for all sizes. All of this means that whatever hand loaded items you need to store, we can find a configuration that will work for your storage area.

This robust and versatile heavy duty shelving comes in a wide range of sizes and each shelf has a load capacity of up to 1000kg UDL, making it suitable for almost all non-palletised goods. Frame sizes range from 2000mm to 5000mm in height and from 400mm to 1200mm deep. Beams are 950mm to 2700mm long and we also stock all necessary chipboard decks and support bars to ensure a strong and stable storage system. Beam locks, fixing bolts and levelling plates (shims) are all supplied as standard.
