Heavy duty shelving, or longspan as it is often known, is one of our most popular products and we have huge quantities in stock, in a wide range of sizes. This hand loaded shelving system is extremely versatile and as all components are sold new (rather than used like much of our pallet racking) we can dispatch orders in as little as 2-3 working days.

Upright frames are 2000mm to 5000mm high, with depths from 400mm to 1200mm. All frames are supplied assembled, with footplates attached and including shims and fixing bolts. Shelving levels can be 950mm to 2700mm long and all have a load capacity of over 400kg UDL. Shelves include beam locks, chipboard deck and all required support bars.

We can also supply dropover steel shelves and garment hanging rails for this system.

Our QuickSpan warehouse storage system is a fantastic longspan hand loaded shelving solution which continues to be very popular with many of our customers. We have thousands of bays of new stock in our warehouse, which means that we can dispatch most orders in as little as 3-5 working days.

This robust and versatile heavy duty shelving comes in a wide range of sizes and each shelf has a load capacity of up to 1000kg UDL, making it suitable for almost all non-palletised goods. Frame sizes range from 2000mm to 5000mm in height and from 400mm to 1200mm deep. Beams are 950mm to 2700mm long and we also stock all necessary chipboard decks and support bars to ensure a strong and stable storage system. This week sees the launch of the new Shelving and Racking website. We are really happy with the new look and we hope it will make it easier for all our customers to find what they are looking for, or to contact us with any questions that they may have.

All of the features from the old site are still there, we’ve simply tried to improve the look and ease of use. We always have an extensive range of used warehouse racking in a wide variety of sizes and duties. Leading manufacturers such as Dexion, Link 51, Redirack and Apex are our biggest sellers but we usually have used pallet racking in other makes, like PSS, Esmena, Mecalux and Hilo, in stock.

Our turnover of used stock is very quick and so it best to give us a call or send an enquiry to confirm availability, particularly if you are looking to add to an existing racking system. We will do all we can to find a specific size if required, or the closest possible alternative, and used racking frames can be adjusted to whatever height is needed.

We have warehouse racking installations booked across the UK in the next few weeks. Our SEIRS qualified teams are experienced, knowledgeable and will offer advice to help you make the most of your warehouse storage.
