Warehouse racking protection is a vital part of any industrial storage system. Damage to your pallet racking can be both dangerous and costly, but with some simple measures in place you can prevent many of these accidents from happening.

Column guards are a relatively cheap way to prevent forklift damage to your pallet racking uprights. Ours are bolted to the floor in front of each leg, creating a “crumple zone” in front of the racking. We have large quantities in stock and and they are ready for dispatch in just 2-3 days.

Rack end barriers perform a similar job at the ends of your runs of industrial racking and are available in sizes to suit standard single and back to back runs. All our guards and barriers are supplied with fixing bolts to secure them to a concrete floor.

If any of your warehouse racking backs on to pedestrian areas then anti-collapse mesh should be in place to prevent items falling from the racking and causing injuries. We can supply mesh which can be fixed to pallet racking from all leading manufacturers (Dexion, Link 51, Redirack, Apex, PSS, Polypal, Mecalux etc), usually in 7-10 working days.

Used Dexion pallet racking is probably the thing that we are asked for most often. However, Dexion is just one of many used warehouse racking systems that we have in stock in a wide range of sizes and duties (and even Dexion has 2 different racking systems- Dexion Speedlock and Dexion P90). We also have Apex, Redirack, PSS and Link 51 pallet racking, and often some of the less common warehouse storage systems such as Stow, Mecalux and Esmena.

Used industrial racking is usually supplied for pallet storage, but adding wire mesh or timber decking can easily make it suitable for heavy duty hand loaded shelving. Before you contact us, please try to have as much information about the racking as you can. This should include the height depth and quantity of upright frames (and the duty if known), the length, load capacity and quantity of horizontal frames and the manufacturer of your racking (eg. Dexion, Link 51, Apex, Redirack, Mecalux etc) . We would also like a few clear photos of the racking that will show us its condition and so we can identify the make if you aren’t sure of it.

If you aren’t able to take down the racking yourself, we can deduct this cost from the price we would pay.
