We always have quality used Dexion racking for sale at the very best prices. Whether you need a few beam locks, a replacement upright, a couple of bays of used pallet racking to fill a gap in your storeroom or a full warehouse of pallet storage, we can find the right product for you.

Dexion pallet racking comes in a wide variety of sizes, so if you are adding to your existing warehouse racking, it is important to make sure that you get compatible materials. Unlike many other racking systems, you will still find a lot of Dexion in imperial sizes, so beams at 1372mm (4ft 6in), 2667mm (8ft 9in) and 3048mm (10ft), as well as standard metric sizes, are often found on the used market. The measurement used to describe a beam’s size is the clear entry- the space between the upright frames when beams are in place, so please check carefully before placing an order.

Upright frames may also differ from standard 900mm and 1100mm depths, with 914mm (3ft) and 1067mm (3ft 6in) often used for Dexion frames, so again please confirm the required size. We can cut or splice frames to almost any size, so please let us know the exact height you need and we will quote accordingly.

Dexion of often used as a generic term for pallet racking, when in fact there are many different manufacturers available and almost none of them are compatible with each other. Therefore it is important that we know what racking system you have if you are looking to add to it. You can see many of the leading industrial racking makes on our identify my racking page, or send us photos of what you have and we will be able to let you know the manufacturer. Link 51, Apex, Stow and PSS are all very common makes, but we can usually find whatever type of warehouse racking you need.

We are often asked for used warehouse racking decking boards to go on pallet racking systems that customers are ordering from us, and we can almost always find the right solution for each specific storage system.

We usually have used timber decking in stock, both open boarded (with gaps between the wooden slats) and closed boarded (with the slats pushed together and no gaps). This is the most popular way to turn your industrial racking into heavy duty shelving, or just to support your pallets and give your forklift driver a bigger area to aim at! Standard depth are 900mm and 1100mm and we can adjust these boards to fit all beam lengths. 

We also have new timber decking for pallet racking in stock, as well as new wire mesh decking. We stock standard depths but we can quote for bespoke decking on request. All of our decking options are compatible with the most popular pallet racking manufacturers, such as Link 51, Dexion, Apex, Redirack and Stow.

Second hand industrial racking is what we do best and we have huge stocks available in a wide range of sizes and duties. We always have large quantities of Dexion, Link 51, Apex and PSS  warehouse racking in stock and we usually have, or can source, most other racking systems. Current racking manufacturers in stock include Hilo, Storax and AR.

Frame sizes range from 2000mm to 9000mm and beyond. Standard depths are 900mm and 1100mm, but we can adjust the bracing to create almost any required depth. All of our pallet racking frames are supplied assembled and with footplates attached.

We have used pallet racking beams in stock from 950mm up to 4000mm and with load capacities from 1 to 3 tonnes UDL. All beams are supplied with beam locks.

We have orders leaving us every day, for delivery to all parts of the the UK mainland. We use contract haulage for most of our pallet racking deliveries,  small orders are sent by courier. Of course, if you would prefer we would be happy for you to arrange collection from our warehouse.

Used Dexion racking is something we are often asked for and it’s not always what the customer actually needs. In the same way that Hoover, Sellotape or Velcro are used to describe a wide variety of products from many different manufacturers, so Dexion is just one of twenty or more types of pallet racking currently available in the UK. 

Unfortunately, asking for the blue and orange racking doesn’t narrow it down a lot, as blue frames and orange beams are common to a number of warehouse racking systems and most can be supplied in a variety of colours on request.

If you need industrial racking to replace components or to add to your existing racking, then you need to be sure that you get compatible parts. Many pallet racking manufacturers stamp their name on the uprights (Dexion, Apex, Redirack, Link 51 etc), but if you can’t see it on your racking there are other ways to make sure you order the correct pallet racking system.

Take a look at the identify my racking page on our website to see many of the leading pallet racking manufacturers. The shape of the holes in the frames are usually a good way to confirm the manufacturer. If you still aren’t sure, please send us a clear, close up photo (like those on our identifying page) of your racking and we should be able to let you know what you have.

Cantilever racking systems are a strong, versatile and cost effective way to store long products or non-standard sizes. They are a great way to maximise your warehouse storage capacity, making use of the available height and allowing you to store items of varying sizes in the same area.

We have recently added some new cantilever racking bays to our website shop, which you can see here. These simple starter and extension bays are available in as little as 5 working days, with many options available to suit your specific needs.

If you need a larger cantilever system, we can supply you with bespoke racking that suits your individual requirements. The uprights can be single or double sided and up to 10 metres high. The bracing which joins the uprights together can be tailored to the exact distance required for the length of the items that you will be storing. Horizontal load supporting arms are then added to the uprights, on which you will place your products. These can be up to 2500mm in length and will be designed to take the required load capacity. The height of the arms can be adjusted according to the height required for each storage level.

This type of warehouse storage equipment is particularly useful for the following products:

  • Worktops and laminates

  • Lintels
  • Non-standard pallets
