We are often asked for used warehouse racking decking boards to go on pallet racking systems that customers are ordering from us, and we can almost always find the right solution for each specific storage system.

We usually have used timber decking in stock, both open boarded (with gaps between the wooden slats) and closed boarded (with the slats pushed together and no gaps). This is the most popular way to turn your industrial racking into heavy duty shelving, or just to support your pallets and give your forklift driver a bigger area to aim at! Standard depth are 900mm and 1100mm and we can adjust these boards to fit all beam lengths. 

We also have new timber decking for pallet racking in stock, as well as new wire mesh decking. We stock standard depths but we can quote for bespoke decking on request. All of our decking options are compatible with the most popular pallet racking manufacturers, such as Link 51, Dexion, Apex, Redirack and Stow.

Column guards and rack end barriers are essential to help prevent costly damage to your pallet racking frames from forklift trucks. We have these ready for quick dispatch and all are supplied with fixing bolts as standard.

Small items, such as fixing bolts, beam locks, levelling plates (shims) and splice kits can be sent out by courier, often for next day delivery. Please make sure you know the manufacturer of your racking before ordering, you can find some guidance on our identify my racking page. If you still aren’t sure, send us a photo of the warehouse racking you have and we can usually let you know what you have.

Decking can be used on your pallet racking either as a support for pallets or to create a shelf for hand loaded storage. We carry stock of new open and close boarded timber decking and wire mesh decking in standard sizes and can make other sizes on request. We have upright frames in standard charcoal grey and also in blue, with heights ranging from 2000mm to over 9000mm. Used racking frames are usually braced to 900mm or 1100mm deep but other depths can be made on request.
