Successful Pallet Racking and Decking Project in South of England

We had the pleasure to work with a customer on a large project to supply pallet racking and a custom decking solution. This customer needed a bespoke system that would work for their unique business needs, and having worked with us previously asked us to work collaboratively with them to produce a unique timber decked solution.

Working with the customer was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Our team was involved in the design and implementation of the storage solution. We took the time to understand the customers specific needs and tailored the solution to optimise their storage space efficiently. Timber Decking: our timber decking is available in open or closed boarded designs, and is made from wooden boards. It fits neatly onto the horizontal beams of a pallet racking system, providing a strong, level surface for storing goods. Timber decking is a versatile and cost-effective option, and is available in various thicknesses.  It is a great option for storing heavy items.

Wire Mesh Decking: wire mesh decking is a popular choice for pallet racking systems. It consists of a grid of wire panels that provide excellent support and visibility. This type of decking is ideal for fire safety compliance, as it allows water to pass through in the event of a fire. It’s also suitable for storing pallets, cartons, and various other items. Extremely suitable if your warehouse deals with food or pharmaceutical products because of its hygiene benefits.

Solid Steel Decking: is commonly used for long span shelving but we can have manufactured panels for pallet racking too.  It is hard-wearing and easy to clean down making it suitable for storing medical and food grade items.

Industrial racking deliveries

We have industrial racking orders being delivered across the UK every day, so whatever the size and quantity of the storage system you need we can get it to you quickly and for a low price. Most of our deliveries will arrive on a curtain sided articulated lorry, so you will need a forklift to unload, but if you have a small order or restricted access to your site we will always try to find a suitable and cost effective method for delivery.

Our lead time is usually about 7 working days, but if you need your warehouse racking sooner than this it’s always worth asking the question and we will do all we can to accommodate your requirements. Our used pallet racking frames (Dexion, Link 51, Apex, Redirack etc.) may need cutting and bracing to your specifications, but we have new pallet racking and longspan shelving in a variety of sizes which means that lead time for these is often as little as 2-3 working days.

Pallet racking accessories such as column guards, pallet support bars, wire mesh and timber decking, beam locks and fixing bolts are all kept in stock and so these can be dispatched quickly, with smaller items sent by courier.

We currently have part loads scheduled to leave us for York, Manchester, Coventry, North London and Bristol, so if you are close to these areas get in touch now and we will try to fit you in.

Used Dexion P90 pallet racking

We have large quantities of excellent quality used Dexion P90 pallet racking in stock. The beams are 2685mm clear entry (the space between the upright frames) and have a loading capacity of two tonnes UDL. The upright frames are 4750mm and can be braced to your required depth. All our beams come with locking pins and frames are supplied assembled and with footplates attached.

We also have wire mesh and timber decking, support bars and column guards in stock and ready for quick dispatch.

We have huge stocks of new warehouse racking, ready for quick dispatch to any UK mainland address. Our SpeedRack pallet racking is made by AR Systems and comes in a wide variety of sizes and duties. Beam sizes range from 1350mm to 3900mm and upright frames are available in heights up to 9000mm, making it suitable for all warehouse and industrial pallet storage environments. Beams are supplied with beam locks, frames are supplied with shims and fixing bolts. We can also supply weatherproof frames and beams for outdoor use.

To complete your warehouse storage system, we also have an extensive range of accessories including column guards, wire mesh and timber decking, support bars and barriers.
